Intrapreneurship at the Individual- Level: Does Psychological Empowerment Matter?

Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationship between psychological empowerment and intrapreneurship at Individual- Level. Theoretical framework: proposes a model that integrates its dimensions (meaning, competence, self -determination, impact) with Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative research approach was adopted test hypotheses. The data were collected by administrating questionnaire sample of (450) employees in private sector Saudi Arabia.
